By using the MediationMate.com website (the “Site”) including the content, services, or any MediationMate applications or application plug-ins (“Applications”), you agree to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). In these Terms, the words “You” and “Your” refer to each mediator customer, Site visitor, or Application user, “We”, “Us” and “Our” refer to MediationMate.com and “Services” refers to all the services provided by MediationMate. The word “Client” refers to consumers using the services of our mediator customers or CompleteCase.com or both.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If at any time you find these Terms unacceptable or if you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site, the Services, or any Applications. You agree that by using the Site, and Applications, and Services, you are at least 18 years of age and are legally able to enter into a contract.
MediationMate provides a secure and private online portal, MediationMate.com, to deliver to you a suite of tools and capabilities to streamline your practice and work efficiently with Clients from lead generation through case documentation and follow-up. The Applications and Services available at MediationMate.com include automated software solutions to enable mediators and Clients to conduct their mediation together in a way that is thorough, flexible, secure, private, and efficient using the unique MediationMate tools and capabilities. The Applications and Services also include optional services to have Clients’ court-ready documents prepared by CompleteCase.com. And the Application and Services include other optional Services to promote your practice or to enable Clients to manage their finances or parenting plans after their divorce is finalized. Your use of the Site, Applications, and Services will be limited to you and any other mediators in your organization who have a unique username and password to use the MediationMate Site, Applications, or Services.
The Site, Applications, and Services include general information on commonly encountered issues (both legal and otherwise) for families going through divorce and considering mediation. Because the law changes rapidly, MediationMate cannot guarantee that all of the information on the Site, Applications, or Services is completely current. The law is different from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and may be subject to interpretation by different courts. Involvement with law and the legal system is a personal matter, and no general information on a Site with Applications and Services like the kind MediationMate provides can fit every circumstance. Please be aware that the legal information, text, or terminology contained on the Site, Applications, and Services is not legal advice and, despite our best effort to ensure that that content is accurate and up to date, it is not guaranteed to be correct, complete or up-to-date. The MediationMate Site, Applications, and Services are not intended to create any attorney-client relationship, and your use of the MediationMate Site, Applications, Services does not and will not create an attorney-client relationship between you and MediationMate.
MediationMate hereby grants you permission to download, view, copy and print information on the Site or Applications on any single, stand-alone computer solely for your personal, informational, non-commercial use and for your mediation work with Client(s), provided that (i) where provided, the copyright and trademark notices appearing on that information not be altered or removed, (ii) the information is not used on any other website or in a networked computer environment and (iii) the information is not modified in any way, except for editing of downloadable forms or documents for your personal use or that of your Client. This permission terminates automatically without notice if you breach any of the terms or conditions of these Terms. Any unauthorized use of any information contained on this Site or Applications may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, laws of privacy and publicity and communications regulations and statutes.
On our Site, through our Applications and Services, we offer “fill in the blank” forms. If you use or download a form from our Site or Applications, the terms and conditions of these Terms apply.
